 Stevens & Company Beginning
W. T. Stevens, a Central Virginia native, founded Stevens & Company in 1938. Mr. Stevens went on to sell significant Virginia
estates for over fifty-five years, bringing to every transaction his unique reverence for and stewardship of the area. At the age of
eighty-two, he was still most likely to be found doing what he loved most -- marketing this extraordinarily beautiful and historic
place.
Stevens & Company Today
Hunter and Flip Faulconer purchased Stevens & Company from W.T. in 1988 becoming only the second family to own the firm. And so it remains today. Flip Faulconer brings over twenty years of local real estate experience to the table and continues to own and operate a real estate brokerage typified by honesty, professionalism, and unparalleled local market knowledge paired with a long-standing appreciation for what makes Central Virginia so special.
